My name is Cynthia Soria. I have combined my own life experiences as a wife and mother with my education and training to offer people a PROACTIVE approach to raising a child. Why? Because the struggle is real! I get it!

I have worked with families as a therapist for over ten years, including working with children and youth who have experienced trauma, foster and adoptive families, blended families, children and adults with mental health illnesses, and youth and families involved in the juvenile justice system.

I offer people a unique experience that is specific to their needs.  I incorporate the latest research on child and brain development, positive parenting, nonviolent parenting, self-care, and attachment and conscious parenting philosophies in my work.

My parenting journey began at the young age of 17 with the birth of my daughter. My desire to become a parenting coach and educator evolved 18 years later with the birth of my son. Enriched by a deeper understanding of the parent-child relationship, I am dedicated to offering parents a PROACTIVE approach to parenting. Learn more.
